I had a re-check on my blood pressure today and it was 160/100. So not good. The doctor - it's funny how I always try to capitalize that - doubled my medication and I have to come back in 2 weeks.

I went to Shamrockfest today in DC and had a blast! I don't think I've ever seen that much green in one place before :D
